• DO NOT feed my art into any AI engine.
• I will decline the commission request if it contains content I am not comfortable with or if I feel like I won't be able to draw what was requested.
• I might share a work in progress and the finished commission on my social media, website and portfolio. If you want me to wait until you have posted the finished commission yourself, please let me know before I begin working on it.
• Once I have started working on your commission there will generally be no refunds, except if I am unable to finish it properly for any reason.
• A partial refund might be possible in special cases and are handled on a case by case basis. The amount will depend on how much of the work has already been completed. Ko-fi only allows full refunds through its platform, so partial refunds will have to be made directly through PayPal.
• Any aggressive, rude or inappropriate behaviour during the process will result in me cancelling the commission. A partial refund will be made depending on the progress.
• I will provide updates at the sketch, flat colours and rendering phases. I will not proceed with the commission until you have approved each step. Once you have approved of the previous step, no major changes will be made later on.
• I remain the copyright holder of the artwork I create.
• The finished commission is for personal and non commercial use. Please contact me separately if you want commercial rights.
• Fanart commissions of game/anime/etc characters might be used for merchandise in the future.
• Reposting is ok, but do credit me.
• By commissioning me you confirm that you have read, understand and agree to the Terms of Service.
